Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your paid subscription (Starter or Professional) at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your access to premium workspaces, branded templates, and automated folders continues uninterrupted until the conclusion of your current active billing cycle.
  • No further automatic renewals will occur. We do not charge cancellation or administrative fees.

2. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of DocBox. If you are a new customer and determine that the service does not meet your needs, you are eligible for a 100% full refund:

  • Window: You must request the refund in writing within 7 days of your initial paid subscription registration.
  • Application: This applies strictly to your first subscription cycle. We do not provide refunds for recurring renewals.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following transactions are strictly non-refundable:

  • Automatic subscription renewals (you are expected to cancel before renewal cycles initiate).
  • Custom Enterprise setups and support licensing fees.
  • Subscriptions terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original funding source:

  • Approval: We process requests within 2 business days.
  • Settlement: Refund settlements generally reflect on bank statement records in 5 to 7 business days, subject to card issuer network speeds.
